The hotel rooms were spacious with two double beds down the passage, big and comfy, clean, offering a great breakfast and excellent service. The convenient shuttle to the airport was a plus, but the ambience resembled prisons in Hollywood movies.
I couldn't believe the level of service at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The location was fantastic, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel rooms were big, clean, and very comfortable with twin double beds, offering coffee and tea making facilities, a fridge, ironing board, and a great view of the lakes and landscaped garden from the rear rooms. However, the room assigned was not up to the junior suite standard I had reserved, lacking the usual luxury found in other Crowne Plaza hotels worldwide.
The hotel offers spacious and nice rooms but is on the expensive side and does not include breakfast. However, the service is satisfactory, especially the involvement of staff in transport from the airport. The location is convenient for airport access but far from the downtown area. The dining experience was delicious with a wide selection of foods. The facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel is not the best airport hotel but fair, with good service and a well-organized room. I would stay there again. One of the best hotels on my trip.
