The hotel rooms were spacious with two double beds down the passage, big and comfy, clean, offering a great breakfast and excellent service. The convenient shuttle to the airport was a plus, but the ambience resembled prisons in Hollywood movies.

I couldn't believe the level of service at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The location was fantastic, and the rooms were spacious and clean. However, the dining experience had a few hiccups that could be improved. Overall, a great value for money.

However, the room assigned was not up to the junior suite standard I had reserved, lacking the usual luxury found in other Crowne Plaza hotels worldwide.
